Cases of headlice have been identified throughout the school. Research suggests that around 10 per cent of pupils in a school have nits, which in an average primary school is about 40 children at any one time. In our attempts to reduce the problem within Alton Park School, we asked for some advice from Ace to pass onto parents. They have provided us with a leaflet which can be viewed below.
