On the 13th October, a group of children from years 5 & 6 took part in a dodgeball tournament at Colne Community School & College. They played with great spirit and worked well as a team. Well done everyone, we are very proud of you all!
“On Thursday 13th October 2022, certain people from year 5 & 6 at Alton Park Junior School got selected to go to a dodgeball tournament at Colne School. We played against 7 other schools. Although we lost, we still had a lot of fun. Remember, it doesn’t matter if you win or not, it just matters if you have fun!”
“On Thursday 13th October 2022, certain people from year 5 & 6 got picked to go to a dodgeball tournament at Colne School. We played against 7 schools. When we arrived, we all sat on a bench and waited to play. We all got told to go onto the floor where we played. Once we played all the matches, we got told what place we were. We were last but that’s ok. It doesn’t matter what place you come, as long as you had fun!”
